Sold direct and on Amazon. Which one you used decides where to ask.
If it isn’t useful, ask and you’ll get your money back. No form, no argument, and you keep the files.
That’s the whole policy. The rest of this page is the mechanics of where to ask, which depend on where you bought.
The System Pack, and the ebook when bought here, are sold through Payhip, which processes the payment and acts as merchant of record for buyers in the US, UK, EU and Canada.
Email carlos@nomagicwords.com with the address you bought with. I’ll refund it. You don’t owe me a reason, though I’d genuinely like to hear what didn’t work — that’s how the next edition gets better.
The refund goes back to your original card or account. Payment processors can only reverse a charge for a limited window — several months, not forever. If you’re outside it, say so in the email and I’ll find another way to get you paid; being late doesn’t make it not owed.
You keep the files either way. I’m not going to pretend I can take a text file back, and building the policy around a pretence would be its own kind of dishonest.
Amazon handles those, and I never see the transaction. Kindle purchases can be returned through Manage Your Content and Devices in your Amazon account, usually within seven days of purchase, and Amazon’s terms govern rather than mine.
If Amazon refuses and you think it’s wrong, email me anyway. I can’t reverse their decision, but I can send you the files direct.
If you’re about to dispute a charge with your bank, email me first — a refund takes me a minute and a chargeback takes both of us six weeks. I’ve never refused one. But if you’d rather go through your bank, that’s your right and I’m not going to fight it.
It doesn’t end your licence to use what you already installed. If you built a context pack out of the template and then decided the rest wasn’t worth the money, the pack you built is yours, permanently and without conditions. See the terms.
